TN Police Citizen Service

The citizens can download the app and access the following six services through their mobile, namely

1. Register Online Complaints

2. Know the Status of Registered Complaints

3. Know the Status of the FIR of their interest

4. Know the Status of the CSR (Community Service Register)

5. Know the Status of the Vehicles

6. Know the Details of Arrested Persons

The citizen can run the application remotely from anywhere, any time using their Android mobile with a working network connectivity (data / wi-fi connection). The Mobile can be used for registering complaints online and also to know the status of the registered complaints at any point of time by providing required information. The status of the FIR and CSR can also be monitored using this Mobile App which is returned from CCTNS Back end system. Citizen can also find out whether the vehicle is a stolen vehicle or involved in any crime.

شهروندان می توانند از طریق تلفن همراه خود ، برنامه را بارگیری کرده و به شش سرویس زیر دسترسی پیدا کنند

1. ثبت شکایات آنلاین

2. از وضعیت شکایات ثبت شده اطلاع داشته باشید

3. وضعیت FIR را از علاقه آنها بدانید

4- وضعیت CSR (ثبت خدمات انجمن) را بدانید

5- وضعیت وسایل نقلیه را بدانید

6. از جزئیات افراد بازداشت شده آگاه باشید

شهروند می تواند برنامه را از راه دور از هر نقطه و هر زمان با استفاده از تلفن همراه Android خود با اتصال به شبکه کار (اتصال داده / Wi-Fi) اجرا کند. موبایل می تواند برای ثبت شکایات به صورت آنلاین و همچنین برای اطلاع از وضعیت شکایات ثبت شده در هر زمان از زمان با ارائه اطلاعات لازم مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. وضعیت FIR و CSR را نیز می توان با استفاده از این برنامه موبایل که از سیستم پایان CCTNS Back بازگردانده می شود ، کنترل کرد. شهروند همچنین می تواند بفهمد آیا این وسیله نقلیه سرقت شده است یا در هر جرمی دخیل است.
